The complete policy
This site sends nothing. There is no mail server, no SMS gateway, no dialler and no marketing list. Every form validates what you type, shows a confirmation, and discards the input when you leave the page.
Ticking the optional consent box on a form does not subscribe you to anything, because there is nothing to subscribe to. It is there to demonstrate that consent should be unticked by default and never required to submit.
What a real lender would have to say here
A real lender contacting consumers by phone or text would have to describe how consent is obtained and recorded, how to revoke it, that message and data rates apply, and how a Do Not Call request is honoured. It would name the number messages come from and the frequency to expect.
None of that applies to a site that sends nothing, and writing it anyway would describe a marketing operation that does not exist.
The one phone number on this site
Every telephone number published here is inside 555-0100 to 555-0199, the block reserved for fiction precisely so that a demonstration cannot ring a real household or business. It does not connect to anything.
