What this site is
This site demonstrates a design system and a set of mortgage calculators. Willow Creek Home Finance is a fictional company. It is not a lender, a broker, or a licensed entity of any kind, it cannot accept an application, and it will not contact you.
The figures
Every number on this site is calculated from inputs you provide, using published rules that are cited on each calculator page. Default rates are round illustrative figures chosen because they divide cleanly. No figure here is a rate quote, a pre-qualification, an approval, or a commitment to lend, and no result implies that any product is available to you or to anyone.
The calculators are believed to apply their cited rules correctly and are covered by an automated test suite in the repository. They are still simplifications. They do not model your tax position, your credit profile, lender overlays, county-specific loan limits, or the market on the day.
Forms
Every form on this site validates your input and then stops. Nothing is stored, transmitted, emailed or seen by anyone. The confirmation you see after submitting is part of the demonstration.
Accuracy and liability
Content is provided as is. Rules change; a mortgagee letter or a statutory rate can be superseded the week after this was written. Check anything that matters against the primary source cited on the page, and take advice from a licensed professional before acting.
